Winnow Productions was founded by Winford Collings.

He co-wrote and directed ADAM, a feature film that premiered in competition at the Joburg Film Festival, earning nominations for Best Film, Best African Film, and Best Editing. ADAM released on Showmax on April 4th.

Winford also wrote, directed, and produced Melkbrood, a short film that premiered at the 2025 Silwerskermfees.

A qualified chartered accountant, Winford holds an honours degree in accounting and has six years of experience in the retail, private equity, and consulting sectors before transitioning to filmmaking.
